Hachette, a leading UK trade publishing group, came to BIO in 2012 to transform their online experience. The key to the project was to encourage dwell time, inspire our audience with books and writers that might be new to them, and above all change the behaviour of consumers, using digital technology to create relationships between authors and readers.
