Coming hot on the heels of a raft of new initiatives from Oystercatchers this year - our new pitch process, a new website, the new Club Network and new awards - we're also ringing the changes with the Oystercatchers Club and hosting the event at a new venue.

Our September event will be at the Ham Yard Hotel, just off Great Windmill Street in Piccadilly.

The unrivalled networking and panel discussion will be as good as ever.

We will be discussing the subject of Leadership and we are pleased to announce our brilliant panel, who we know will bring insight and different perspectives to the discussion around the topic. What does it take to succeed; what are the challenged and lessons learnt? What skills will be needed for leadership in 5 years time?

Our panelists are:

Catherine Kehoe, Managing Director Group Brands and Marketing at Lloyds Banking Group.

Catherine is Lloyds’ most senior marketer, responsible for all 13 of the banks’ brands, 500+ marketers, and a budget of >£300m. She has over 25 years commercial experience and is a recognised leader with a track record of delivering transformational results in marketing, customer strategy and branding.

David Wood, CEO, Mothercare

David has over 25 years’ experience working in senior roles in international branded manufacturing and multi-channel retail businesses, including Unilever, Kraft Foods and Tesco. Most recently, David was Group President of Kmart Holding Corp, a $3bn US grocery retail and pharmaceutical business, where he successfully returned the business to sustainable profit growth, through transformation of the customer offer, simplification of the retail operating model and reinvention of the buying approach.

Mary McLeod, Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry, and Former British Parliamentarian.

Mary was a Member of Parliament from 2010-2015, and has worked within six government departments including being the Prime Minister’s Small Business Ambassador for London, on the No10 Policy Board and a member of the Women’s Ministerial Task Force. Prior to this, she worked for 20 years in financial services which include a senior policy role for The Queen and The Royal Household at Buckingham Palace, advising Her Majesty on strategic change and key areas of national life.

Rankin, Photographer, publisher and film director.

With a portfolio ranging from portraiture to documentary, he has shot The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Kate Moss, James Bond and The Queen to name only a few.  He founded Dazed & Confused with Jefferson Hack in 1992, and has over 42 books to his name. Fearless behind the lens, his imagery has become engrained in contemporary iconography.

This is probably the most diverse background panel that I have had. Let me know if you have any questions for them
